A growing Personal Injury law team is seeking a skilled Legal Assistant to support a busy and expanding plaintiff-side practice. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced litigation environment and is looking to grow with a collaborative, client-focused team.

Key Responsibilities

Provide administrative and litigation support to attorneys within the Personal Injury practice
Draft, edit, and organize legal documents, correspondence, and pleadings
Maintain case files, track deadlines, and support discovery processes
Communicate professionally with clients, courts, medical providers, and opposing counsel
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and assist with trial preparation
Utilize legal software and technology tools to streamline workflows

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in Plaintiff-side Personal Injury or Litigation
Strong technical aptitude and proficiency with legal software and MS Office Suite
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
